We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the HRIP Act in collection of your personal information and health information as set out in our Privacy Policy.  This information may include your personal details such as your name, age, email address, mailing address, telephone number and other personal information or health information such as your height, weight, biochemistry, medical history, medication and supplement use, dietary and lifestyle behavioirs.  We acknowledge and agree that this information is confidential and will be used for the purposes of the provision of our Services only, unless otherwise required by law as set out in our Privacy Policy
