I'm so glad you've made it to my website! My lifelong passion for food and health has lead me to a unique career path - I am proud to be a practising integrative nutritionist. I completed my undergraduate Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (with honours) in 2005, and shortly after developed some food intolerances and chronic gastric conditions. This inspired me to complete my next degree - a Master of Human Nutrition in 2015.

My ethos centres strongly around integrating all aspects of health to help you achieve your optimal wellness. Health is not one dimensional, and my expertise allows me to best combine all factors that contribute to health, whether that is food, supplements or medicines, to help guide you to a healthier and happier lifestyle. With almost 20 years of experience, I apply a practical, science- based approach to all my work.
